@s a r a 🥀 im 100% scared of iuds w the horror stories ive heard. Ive only ever been on the pill
I’m also scared of the IUD and have only been on the pill but my doctor recommended the IUD because of breastfeeding
@Madelynn I’ve only ever been on the IUD. I think if it’s done/placed right, there shouldn’t be any issues and/or your body not rejecting it but everyone is different when it comes to birth control, of course. It is scary hearing about others stories about their birth control. Sometimes I wonder how it does things like for an example, it shifting/moving out of its place or it fell out. Or they needed to have surgery to get it removed, ect,. 😳😳

@s a r a 🥀 I’m doing the same thing. I have had 3 IUDs & no complications ever. Felt normal & not going through PMS & no periods is also nice.
I had a birth control implant placed in my arm before leaving the hospital when I had my little boy last week. I’ve had it before, and I like that I can feel it in my arm for peace of mind!
@Stephanie yes, literally. I had such heavy periods before I went on birth control. I now have no periods!
I’m getting back on birth control at my 6 weeks appointment. I had the Mirena IUD for years with no problems and will be getting back on that again.
