Supply drop

So I am almost 3 month postpartum and I have noticed that my supply has dropped to where I am getting little to nothing. I went from getting 8oz from both sides to like 4oz or less and I don’t know what to do to get my supply back. I have also been super stressed with having 2 under 2 so could that be why this is happening. Someone pls help me

Things to help increase supply:
•make sure you have the right sized flanges and have changed out pump parts
•warm compress before and during pumping/nursing
•make sure you’re staying hydrated
•add more protein and dark leafy greens + healthy fats in your diet. If your diet is crap milk supply will drop
•try to prioritize rest even if you can’t sleep because of baby
•vitamin d and magnesium
•pump or nurse every 3 hours
•pump and nurse at least once during the hours of 10 pm and 5 am because that’s when prolactin levels are highest

4oz is considered normal supply but if you want to create more check your flange size as breast change with time, drink plenty of water, coconut water and any isotonic drink to help with electrolytes, pump more often.
