3 year old aggressive and defiant?

I have 3 kids, 3yo boy, 2yo girl and a 7 month old boy. My oldest, 3yo boy, has recently become very aggressive and defiant with everything. Anytime he gets even the slightest bit angry he holds his fists out and tenses his whole body up and shakes and grits his teeth. Just randomly throughout the day, he will just stiffen up and mumble words through gritted teeth and anger but nothing prompted it. When we get on to him we are immediate with discipline and he still is defiant and just ignores the command/request and does whatever it is anyways. He has always been so well behaved and willing to comply with our requests or not doing something he’s not supposed to. We have started him with one day a week mommy and me pre-k, he is about to start gymnastics one day a week, my husband and I have taken him on “date days” where it’s solely spent around him and his wants considering he is so young and has two even younger siblings. We make it a point to answer his questions first since he is fully speaking and the 2yo is just now starting to make out requests and things. We typically spend most of our days outside but with it being so cold the past month that has been almost nonexistent, so maybe he’s just not being able to fully expend his pent up engery… otherwise I’m at a loss. I’m a SAHM and learning to control my own emotions from a “hide your emotions, yell, spank, don’t cry” household in childhood. I don’t want to spank and I absolutely hate yelling so much but I’m at a loss because nothing else is working. Any advice, solidarity, and experience would make me feel better! Thanks if you’ve made it this far!

My son is also doing this and he turned 3 in November. I think it's the lack of outside play. He's also not complying and getting into everything. I've been trying to get him out more often and it's helping a little. I think maybe it's caused by boredom.

I’ve been trying to do special activities too where we get out something they haven’t played with for a while and I spend at least 20 minutes one on one with them or until they are bored but it just doesn’t do enough. I can’t wait until the sun stays out longer 😭😮‍💨

Wdy think of this for a toddler to learn word construction?

I'm open to anything else to start teaching him to read and write. He's 3!

Do men really enjoy fellatio?

Been together more than 10 years, but it's been a while since he even seemed remotely interested in me getting on my knees, or vice versa so to speak. I think it was once last year. Must be something I am doing wrong 🤔. Generally everything else in that department is great and we have two young kids with no extra support, so it's quite surprising we can't keep our hands off each other but may need to try new things. It's basically 2 positions each time with some foreplay.

Naps

How is everyone doing for naps?

Little one is 9 months old and will have 2 half hour naps and one solid 1 hour - 2 hour nap a day

Then settles for night around 9pm. Wakes for a feed around 3:30 then sleeps until 6-7

Vanilla extract

Has anyone used alcohol free vanilla in their babies formal to help them drink?
I’m 100% sure my baby refuses her bottles as she doesn’t like the taste of it!

Just anxious to try it, don’t want her to get used to it and then refuse bottles again after two weeks of using (correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve read you use it for 2 weeks max)

TIA 🙂

Pumping advise

FTM to a 2 week old! I’m breastfeeding and then giving one formula bottle last in the evening before bed. I want to start expressing milk to give me some breathing room and also allow my partner to be more involved in feeding. I’m finding the idea of introducing pumping into my day quite overwhelming though. I don’t want to take milk away from my baby by pumping if he needs it during the day when being breastfeed.

Can anyone advise how I start pumping and when to do it? Thank you!

Sex post C section

Hi ladies I’m 4 weeks 5 days postpartum and I had a C section. I’m not bleeding properly anymore just some brownish discharge stuff that starts on and off. I’d like to do the deed with my partner; is it okay to do so or shall I wait the full 6 weeks. I feel up for it but also worried because the advice is 6-8 weeks.
