Contraception
I’m just curious as to what contraception you are all using?
I’ve been given Degestrol but read about how it is highly linked with depression, and I remember being on it before and suffering with depression but don’t know if it was general PPD or now looking back it could have been that.
Wondering whether to make an apt with GP to arrange a different one??

We’ve chosen to use condoms because I didn’t want to take any hormonal contraception x
@Danni we spoke about this last night. I remember how great I felt not being on the pill when trying for baby but how do you feel about any splits or breakages with condoms? That’s the only thing that really worries me as I’m defiantly not up for baby #3! Lol🙈
So I also track my periods too (not that they’re normal atm), so I know when I’m most fertile! If you wanted to be extra careful you could avoid those days? Xx
