@Meghan I’m so sorry to hear that! Yesterday the scheduler was soo rude. She didn’t believe me about the dates I had. It was frustrating. Hopefully it goes smooth.
Sarasota Cny here. I mean they get the job done but they’re also a bit rude, my first doctors appointment and cycle in august I started without the doctor even knowing I was doing it (I did letrozole and low dose naltrexone and timed intercourse) half way through the process the doctor calls me back with a follow up of my hsg test, tells me I’ll most likely never get pregnant, IUI won’t help and I may have to do a $20,000 surgery to remove my possible endometriosis that he doesn’t know if I have for sure. Then the nurses called me the next day to tell me I have over 20 eggs that are over 19 mm and they’re afraid I might have quintuplets if I try this cycle. I ended up trying anyway without a trigger shot, I did get pregnant but it ended in a chemical pregnancy but it did work 🤷🏼♀️ they know what they’re doing they just do it weirdly.

Not in Colorado but in upstate NY. The consultation is almost useless imo. About a half hour talk to just get your foot in the door. Then months later you start getting testing done. My experience has been a bit frustrating tbh. My insurance denied ivf but they still ordered the meds. then they never put the authorization in for iui and never ordered the meds but started the process anyway.
