I have always used alarms on my phone. It’s the safest way for me to remember I don’t miss anything 😬
I should probably do the same! Just downloaded “MyTherapy” app to see if it’s any good. Alarms are probably simpler, but I want to tick off when I’ve taken everything, because some times I forget it I actually did it or not 🤦🏼♀️!
I used to turn the alarm off when I’d taken it and then reset them for the next day before I went to bed for that very reason 😂
I just set alarms in my phone. Also printed off a grid which in kitchen to tick off to double check. Manual approach 😂
