Im 9w2d and had my appointment. Check your emails and spam file. All depends what area your in x
After I self referred the midwives rang me a few days later and gave me the appointment date - they had said it could take a couple of weeks to receive a call though, so maybe it just depends how busy they are in your area! No harm in calling to find out!
My appointment is for next week , I will be exactly 9 weeks. Depending on the area, first appointments are usually when you 8-9 weeks pregnant. I contacted them when I had just found out (about 4/5 weeks) didn’t hear from them till about last week. However they do say , after the first referral to not attempt to make another one , as it delays the process. I would say as long as you have received confirmation , just wait.💞
i self referred as soon as i found out at around 4+5 & only got my appointment at 9+3 xx
Got my appointment for next Friday and I’ll be 9+2. I self referred as soon as I found out at 5 weeks. It took about a week & half to get the email through x
I contacted them on 27th December and just got a call today with an appointment for Sunday, I’ll be 8 weeks 2 days
I’m 6+1, and self referred my self Monday 23rd dec and they called me yesterday to book my first appt! I’ll be around 8+3 when I have it
Mine sent me an appointment, first appointment is around 8-10 weeks for ‘booking in’ it’s normally between 1-2 hours and they go through all yours and dads history. Then scan is booked for around 12 weeks. If you’ve not heard anything, call the midwives again? The doctors won’t be able to help xx
