I asked the same question to a top fertility doc she just said don’t drink alcohol and don’t get in a sauna or hot tub. otherwise not much you can do. I do think having a relaxed mental state must help though, I tried as much as possible to just not be stressed
Hi best of luck 🤞. Please take 3 weeks before transfer optibac women. It’s good for utreus health . Take with breakfast.You can get from boots. Drink beetroot and pomegranate juice.eat pineapple core before transfer. Make watermelon,little bit ginger and beetroot juice from day one of transfer to till tww. Definitely drink this you can make at home. Drinks lots of water. No sugary food at all. Take Brazil nuts 🌰 in moderate amounts.
A lot of things you read to do will just be old wives tales but if it makes you feel better then do it! 🙂 Before my first fresh transfer (which was successful) I just tried to eat healthier, zero alcohol, I cut out caffeine but allowed myself one coffee per day, I drank a glass of pomegranate juice everyday and ate beetroot with my salads for lunch. I allowed myself treats. I also wore pineapple socks on transfer day for luck 😂 I continued with my daily dog walks before and after transfer as normal. My second transfer I did the same but it ended in an early loss. Just try not to stress too much as I do think a lot of it is just down to luck. Wishing you a successful transfer 💫 x
I treated it in my mind like training for a sporting event if that makes sense! Focussed on routine: sleep, eating well and exercise as well as managing work stress in the lead up to the IVF. I stopped drinking some time before but did still have a daily coffee, having read up about it. Wishing you luck xx

Sensitive *** I went through 4 FET and each prep was different two things I learnt was acupuncture really helps just before and 2/3 days after transfer. Secondly, please relax and put your feet up it is an anxious time but positive and happy thoughts xxx I had my 4th transfer last year Jan and little bundle of joy arrived safely.
I just had my first one just before Xmas too. I’ve been doing weekly acupuncture, eating well, drinking lots of water, walking more steps to get blood flowing and some home yoga for FET prep. I also went down route of having pomegranate juice just before the FET and afterwards til test day daily then eased off it a bit. Main thing I would say is focus on calming your body bringing it into relaxed state for FET. I found this good meditation used to put on as got into bed was really calming
