Access fertility funding

Hey, we have gone through access fertility, a 2 cycle multi-cycle package, have frozen all & havent had to pay extra? That seems strange!

@Caz was your cycle eligible for refund if unsuccessful? Maybe that's why

Hey, no because of my age I couldnt have the package where we could get a refund if it doesnt work. Iv got 5 embryos in the freezer from our first collection xx

@Caz aw amazing ! Did u have ivf prior. We have just had one round on nhs unsuccessful and the rest of embryos were too low quality to freeze

I've contacted them about the additional fee and they have confirmed our chosen clinic will not charge an additional. So possibly just certain clinics. But that's definitely good to know and not have to worry about a sudden hidden additional fee x
