As soon as that baby popped out of you girl 😂 unless you’re on any meds that specifically say you can’t
A month ago? 😂 I had a glass of wine on my birthday 2 days after my daughter was born
lol girl in the delivery room 🤣
But what about breastfeeding?
@Paulina not everyone breastfeeds?
I know haha i was just wondering can you drink a little witj breastfeeding like a glass of wine
@Paulina yes, I don’t know how much but I know you can
Have a glass of wine, then wait at least 4-6 hours before pumping/feeding. That way the alcohol can leave your system. Of corse, this only goes for one glass, not bottle 🍾
Thank you ladies! 💙
I did the night I got home😂
Anytime if you are not breastfeeding and 2 hours after you drink if you are.
I breastfeed and have a glass or two of wine occasionally. It’s a wait period of 2-3 hours after your start drinking. My youngest is combo fed so I usually give him a bottle before bedtime then I might relax with a glass afterwards lol enjoy mamas 🥂
The best time to have a drink is while you’re breastfeeding or right after. The alcohol doesn’t have time to get into your system if you have a drink while you’re feeding and it takes about 2 hours to leave your system. So if you have a drink after you feed, just wait 2-3 hours before you feed. Cheers mama🥂
@Erika I never thought of a drink while feeding, so smart, thank you!

As Soon as you like, If u're Breastfeeding, pump and dump and Dad also got us the alcohol tester strips.
Now
I had a C-section and was told I could drink whenever I stopped taking my pain meds. If you're breastfeeding just make sure you're either not drinking too close to nursing or pumping and dumping. Have one for me! 🍾 🍷
Now! Lol
You can ?
