I agree with jess, be kind to yourself and sending you lots of baby dust
Be kind to yourself! Watch your nutrition. If you have a dose of a medication that requires precise timing, check the container/equipment several hours beforehand to give yourself time in case you need a replacement dose/package. Good luck!
I'm diabetic and had blood thinners a few times, injecting can take its toll on you, it did me being very used to it.. buy something like below, put in the freezer, hold on area for a bit before doing it.. saved my life seriously, less bruising etc x https://amzn.eu/d/3oWJNNX
Just remember it may not always go as planned, it’s a rollercoaster ride just stay patient and stay positive!!! Sending you lots of luck
Best of luck. I finished my first round before Christmas. It was may more physically and mentally draining than I thought. Just take one step at a time xx
I agree! Be kind to yourself. It is definitely a roller coaster. If they have you taking vitamins as well keep taking them. And any meds that needs to be taken at a specific time keep an eye on the time. I also used a cold pack before injections as it helped me a lot. I changed my diet a little bit and tried to eat a little better but that was just me. Many women don’t change their diet and they have had success. Sending you so much positive vibes and lots of baby dust! You got this mama!
Good luck! 🤞🏼 set some time apart to administer your injections, my husband and l did them together where we could, I also kept reminders on my phone so I’d do them at the right time. Xx
Stress plans a huge part so please don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Look into ivf specific acupuncture
Take care of yourself, it can be emotionally and mentally draining and allow yourself time to be hormonal once they kick in 🤣 I also found using an ice pack before an injection helped numb it slightly
I did my injections the same time each day (set an alarm in my phone) and tried not to panic if the first couple of injections were difficult. It takes a bit of getting used to. I did 3 rounds of IVF and it was difficult each time. Ice on the injection site before and after really helped with pain and bruising. Make sure you watch all the tutorial videos on your medication. Good luck to you 💕
Good Luck! One piece of advice do not put too much pressure on yourself - it’s a tough ride as it is and be prepared for a whirlwind of emotions🤍 sending you lots of baby dust xx
