Supporting evidence primary school FTM

Hi mama's, FTM here and I'm so confused by the supporting evidence web page on MK citizen portal for primary school application?? See attached photo. Our kid isn't adopted, we're not in the armed forces, we're not moving house any time soon. Soo do we not need to give any evidence because it does say only if applicable?? Help!
