Should I test LH during my period?

I’m fairly new to tracking. I was under the impression that LH was to test for ovulation, if I’m on my period then I won’t be ovulating. So is there a benefit to tracking LH while on my period? Thanks for any advice x

I do as it gives u a good indication each month, as your new to tested I would defo track everyday over the next few cycles it gives u a better understanding and u can pin point changes too .. good luck 💕

I personally don’t see the point - I test from the last day of my period where I’m not actively bleeding anymore just maybe spotting every so slightly if you know what I mean! :) good luck xx

I ovulated about 2 days after finishing my period last month so 👀 second I get any symptoms or stop bleeding I test. (*I do have Endo and PCOS tho so not standard cycle)
