Test twice a day everyday ,I used to do one late morning and one evening
I have severe pcos and went through fertility for both pregnancies my consultant advised not to use ovulation strips because people with PCOS may have a high baseline level of LH, and so there may not be a sufficient change in LH for the test to detect a surge, so ovulation may not be indicated. It also advises on the back of most ovulation packets that they aren’t always compatible with those with pcos x
I have PCOS and had the exact same thing when I test. I got prescribed clomid and took that for the first time and finally saw a peak! The highest I ever got before that was 0.4 and I finally saw a peak that was 1.35. so I would definitely go to gp and ask for a referral to fertility (only fertility specialist can prescribe the ovulation induction medication like clomid or letrozole)
Thank you all for your responses, we have gp appointment for end of the month so fingers crossed x
Hey, you should get some bloods done from your GP if you haven’t already x
