I’m not sure if it’s my eyes!?

My first is 16 months. I have tested on the off chance because I use 2 different apps to track my cycle. 1 app says I’m 3 days late; the other says I’m due today. So to rule it out I thought I’ll just check. I initially thought just 1 line - what can you see?
