Teachers part time pay
I will be returning back to work in May, and I’ll be doing a total of 0.6 FTE.
I was wondering roughly how much that equates to? as I’m just looking at my buget for the next few months.
For context I’m a secondary teacher and I work in Wembley area and I am on MPS 6 scale of teacher pay.

I am 0.66 and I get roughly two thirds of what my salary at full time was (because of the smaller deductions for tax and pension). That does include 2 small teacher pay increases though in the last couple of years. Twinkl used to have a calculator that was pretty much bang on but they got rid of it a few months ago 🥺
