I am 0.66 and I get roughly two thirds of what my salary at full time was (because of the smaller deductions for tax and pension). That does include 2 small teacher pay increases though in the last couple of years. Twinkl used to have a calculator that was pretty much bang on but they got rid of it a few months ago 🥺
