Same here. 14 weeks and i had it for the longest time in my life, 3 days in a row. I also took paracetamol and when it didn’t come back it helped a little. I still have a headache but I assume it’s now also the lack of sleep. Hope it gets better soon for both of us!🤞
Iv been having them lk sooo often since 13 weeks my doctor gave me codine prescription since paracetamol didnt cut it. But yes iv had lk 5 in like 8 days !
I suffer with terrible migraines anyway, but pregnancy has decided to up the game.... and these caps are such a life saver! I can't explain why they help so much but wearing one and lying down in bed helps so much. I started with one late evening and I still have it now. Paracetamol isn’t shifting it and I’m the same sat hefe with a cooling patch in my forehead 🤣hope it goes soon!
