Coming off contraception
Has anyone braved coming off contraception? I’m 11 months PP and the plan was always to come off contraception in the new year and start tracking cycles again until we want to have another (potentially later on in the year) but I don’t know how fertile you are or if you go back to normal this far into PP.

I never went back onto contraception after my first child June 2020 and didn’t get pregnant until summer 2023. Wasn’t trying though but also not not trying😂 had my second baby in March 2024 and haven’t been back on contraception and I’m safe for now😅😅 really annoying situation because I do not want to go on contraception but we are also done with 2😭
I got pregnant first cycle off contraception, both times.
I got pregnant the month after the shot I was due for so if you are using extra protection and or are wanting another baby I’d say stay on it lol
