Support belts

Has anybody tried the pregnancy support belts? I've recently got one due to lower back pain and I'm undecided if it helps or not, when I should be wearing it as there's contradicting advice and if it's comfortable for baby as she definitely kicks at it when I'm wearing it. I'm not sure if I should persevere to wait for results or if I'm just annoying the poor girl with it.

I have one from my last pregnancy that I got from Amazon. It’s a supportiback one. When I first saw a physio about my hip/back pain (PGP) she gave me this HUGE tubigrip which was really tight and it was also the height of summer last time I was pregnant… so I bought my own and it’s a million times better. It needs fastening quite tightly and I think if I hadn’t had the tubigrip first I probably wouldn’t have had the confidence to go as tight with it as I did. But once it’s the right tightness it does definitely help.

not personally had a support belt but i use my pregnancy pillow and shove one side under my back and the other side between my legs! and that helps me sleep on a night with back ache xx

I use my belt during dog walks, it helps but I do not use it all the time I’m only 27wks at the moment I think I will need it more as time goes by x
