What toys is your baby interested in?

I am wanting more ways to entertain my little one now he has longer periods of wake time. He doesn't seem bothered about toys. He is more interested in socialising with people... Being spoken to, sang to, bouncing him around etc. He likes looking in the mirror too but just wondering what objects/toys I can encourage him to interact with and if anyone has had much success yet. He's 14 weeks.

Ours loves her rattle, Sophie giraffe, the toy rail on her bouncer, crinkly book xxx

My daughter is the same, but she was gifted some Vtech toys recently that she absolutely loves. They sing and talk and she babbles with them, shakes them and chews on them. I’ve noticed they’re helping her to develop stronger hand eye coordination too which is amazing

Kick piano mat is the best at the minute, she loves watching it on tummy time or when on her back, she likes kicking it too.

Yeah I second the kick and play piano !! My boy despises being in the car and it’s the only thing that keeps him distracted in there, if I hold it by his feet he loves pummelling it with his feet. I also got him one of those water mats with the floating fishies in for tummy time, he’s only ever tolerated tummy time for more than 30 seconds on my chest but since Christmas he’s now rolling front to back because he loves trying to get the fish

That's great thanks I'm definitely going to check out the water mats. I've seen them advertised but wasn't sure but sounds like they've worked wonders! X
