Lazy boy
Does anyone else have a lazy boy? Wont attempt to feed himself with the bottle, doesnt want to hold the beaker, wont attempt to feed himself with a spoon. How do I encourage him? I know he can pick up the beaker and drink from it as I have seen him do it once when I put it on the floor in front of him. But most of the time he just wants me to hold it 🤦♀️

Yes!!! My daughter could hold her bottle from 4m! My son just looks at me like who do I think I am asking him to hold something 😂
@Bec I'm not too sure if your little one would meet any criteria for it but my son has been under SALT for swallow/chew difficulties due to his conditions. They may offer you some advice on your son with chewing etc if health visitors haven't been useful

I have no advice as my son is the same, he won’t feed himself or hold his bottle or spoon , I gave to still mash most of his food or break up into tiny pieces as if he does decide to pick something up and eat it , he just tries to swallow it without chewing 🙈 I’ve asked for help for the health visitors but they didn’t offer much help at all.
