My little guy had gas so so bad in the beginning and the crying wears on you for real 🫠. The only things that help him are keeping his bassinet inclined, holding him upright and sort of bouncing to burp him, and splitting the bottle up to burp.
My daughter’s pediatrician recommended these over the counter immune & digestive support drops & recommended the dr brown colic bottles… it worked wonders! She’s still fussy here and there but not as bad as it was!😅

If you're breastfeeding you can try cutting dairy out of your diet, that was a game changer for my little guy!
If you are breastfeeding talk to your pediatrician! Mine recommended that I avoid dairy (dad and I are lactose intolerant) and it really helped! There are other foods but that was a big one for us
