Baby nutrition tips
Anyone got any tips for adding extra nutrients to their babies food?
I’ve been using whole grains for pasta, bread etc, adding quinoa and other grains to her porridge on a morning, lentils in soup, grating cheese into things, making veggie tots. I thought about bone broth and adding it to stuff as well. She hates fruit :( (I keep trying with a variety and in different forms but no luck yet).
I add chia seeds and ground flax seeds to either overnight oats or porridge. Have you tried adding fruit to porridge as it cooks? The fruit breaks down in the heat and makes the porridge sweet. You could try blending into a smoothie too! X
