Check on Instagram for recipes and technique. Loads there. I just do the puff pastry, layer of water and tomato puree mix, cheese, then differs, last time I did red pepper, and broccoli chopped up v small. Then roll pastry as tight as possible. Egg wash. Oven. I would freeze a batch.
