I have endometriosis and also scoliosis. My scoliosis dramatically improved in the later stages of pregnancy and had no impact in giving birth vaginally. I was made aware though that it can make epidurals very challenging (my scoliosis is L1-L5), in the end I didn't have one. I had a appointment with the anesthetist on the lead up to labour to go through all the risks and challenges. Feel free to message me 👍
It's looking like I'm going to have to have an elective section because the sonographer picked up early on that my bladder was likely attached to my uterus because of endo so the consultant doesn't want to risk a bladder injury in an emergency situation
I have stage 4 endo and had an elective c section for breech presentation. It was a brilliant experience and my recovery was very good. The thing I hated the most was the spinal being put in and the blood thinning injections after and trying to do a 💩 was not fun initially but all in all felt good
