I have each time and she’s still coming home sore, she’s only been 11 days in total and 3 of those she’s been sore, not sure what else to do :(
Do they do updates/have an app? Ours updates on the app and they change nappies pretty much every 2 hours. Ask them to record how often she is being changed. This is really not good enough. Have you spoken to the manager? Do they use your wipes and nappies and cream that you provide?
They have an app and when she started I was told she’d be changed every two hours and in the morning she is, she goes in at 7:30 and is changed at 9:30 and 11:30 and then not changed again until sometimes 3-3:30 I send water wipes and Pura nappies as my girl is sensitive, today I checked her bag and she has another child’s pack on Asda wipes in her bag which I know would of caused a reaction too! I’m just at my wits end with it as I’m pretty much asking everytime I go in for them to make sure they’re changing her and applying cream at every change and yet she’s still somehow coming home with nappy rash!
Ask them to change it more frequently and also put cream on every nappy change x
