Infacol

Could you share advise on using infacol/gripe water? My 3 week old breastfed baby has been very gassy in the last 3 days. Particularly through the night she is grunting and is in discomfort. I can hear air in her tummy when she is on me. We try to burp her after the feeds, but she still seems uncomfortable and I heard people use infacol and or gripe water to help. What’s your experience and how/when would you use it?

Infacol works a treat for us. Use a pipette before each feed directly into their mouth ☺️

We used infacol but didn’t find it really did anything, we switched to dentinox which is much cheaper than infacol and it’s worked great. You put x1 syringe in their mouths after a feed :)

*infacol. We put it directly into the formula and it takes the bubbles away

My baby is the same, I have used infacol with her, just one pipette full before her feeds and it seems to work
