I brought maybe 6 packs of nappies and big box of wipes, I’d probably work out what formula you want to try and buy one can and then see how baby does once they are here (I ebf when my son was born so this is what I would do if I was going to formula feed from the start) x
We bulk bought nappies and wipes and the wipes were absolutely fine 😊
You can buy wipes , nappies and anything and everything you want as soon as I want . Had everything ready with baby one by 27/30 weeks now with baby 2 pretty much ready ( expecting baby boy via c section possibly latest mid March ) As for a lightweight buggy I recommend the YOYO can work as a travel system also grows with baby . So compact as well and one of the lightest buggies I’ve had .
@Ryan thanks Ryan! I missed the Aldi baby and toddler event yesterday- while I was in Aldi 😩😩😩😩
@Anna could I please ask if I could post a link to this set and ask if you think it’s lightweight please?
@Elle thank you so much. I’m going to stop up on wipes that is for sure. I remember the nightmare of running out with my son …. So I will buy a few boxes ! Did you use water wipes? Are they any good? They recommend to use cotton wall and water, but when I try to use that with my son, it just didn’t work as his poo was so sticky - sorry for the TMI!!!

We never bothered with cotton wool, absolutely no chance it would clean those first horrible poos 😂 yes, we used water wipes just bc they’re so sensitive at the beginning 😊

In addition to this post, in-laws are kindly purchasing the travel system. I have zero clue. I would like a light weight buggy to fit in the car. But I have NO CLUE!!!!! If anyone has any idea, links to a site , brands etc, I would be so so grateful! Sorry , I’m out of touch and haven’t been around a baby since 2012 😂
