Just came across these, has anyone used these 10 days PP and they’ve helped? Or just another accessory?xx

Had 2 sections and never had these, was fine both times, just stay up to date with ibuprofen and paracetamol and the ibuprofen will help with swelling, the paracetamol with the pain x
These will keep your scar moisturised and stop your clothes from rubbing on it, but you don’t actually need them. If you want something that will help the appearance of your scar, wait until it’s totally healed and then use silicone strips instead.
