Sanitary products..

I prefer the flex foam with wings. It feels like I don’t have anything and it doesn’t scrunch like traditional pads. It catches everything. I had barely tried the product recently and I wish I had used it sooner.

Tampons I can’t deal with pads but I do.. love diapers? lol 😭 when I was postpartum I loved it way better than a pad as it kinda felt like underwear with the right absorbency for blood obviously! I tried it later on for my period and I liked it but I still prefer tampons (it’s easy and clean to me personally) as the diapers are expensive even though they are comfy lol I’m interested in trying period underwear though 🤔

Tampons. I hate all pads, I think they're so uncomfortable. Diva cups intimidate me lol, I'm worried I wouldn't be able to get it in correctly or that I'd make a huge mess when taking it out

Period undies and cup. I haven’t bought any for the last 6yrs I just wash and reuse

There’s many comments on period panties…. Now I’m curious.. do you wear it all day? Like.. let me know I may change my mind about flex foam pads…

I prefer the all cotton pads. I think always makes them.

To the period underwear users—- do you feel moisture like with pads? — do you wear multiple pairs in a day? Like id have to change a pad a few times… do i change my underwear?

@Rachel i recently bought the diva undies and they did a pretty good job. I thought I’d be uncomfortable with feeling the moisture but it wasn’t like that. Basically depending on flow you can wear them till they feel wet. I wore mine for like the eight hours and then changed.

I love my menstrual cup. I started using it after my second child and did alot of research and follow Put a Cup in it. I use the June Cup, I have a large and a small and change based on my flow if needed.

Night time pads at all times as I’m super heavy. Plus my mum ‘forgot’ to take her tampon out on a few occasions and had to go hospital so that freaked me out

So I love them. It depends on the panty.. some are for extra heavy flows and some are for light. I had a heavy flow and used a medium flow panty and I changed it once and that was it. If I’m going out I’ll bring a plastic bag and an extra with me in tummy purse/diaper bag lol. Look up the brand “saalt” they’re my favorites so far.
