No I don’t do coffee in general or any kind of drug/ stimulants etc regularly and in general - I’m very natural oriented
Some energy drinks actually have less caffeine than coffee. Just stay within the recommended limit and you’ll be fine
I just drink electrolyte and vitamin drinks, they are surprisingly helpful xx
I have a energy drink most days and I'm breastfeeding and is hasn't affected my supply or anything. I just make sure I don't go over the 200mg recommended. So if I do have an energy drink, I won't have anything else with caffiene. Luckily I don't like coffee ect🤣
My general rule is to listen to my body. I've had sips but it tasted weird so I haven't had my own. I would also rather be able to have multiple coffees without worrying about caffeine and the energy drink is already to close to the recomended max for me to be comfortable with it based on how my body reacted.
Are you in the first trimester? Your body is working so hard to grow that baby and placenta. Extreme fatigue is normal! You need a nap and I definitely don’t recommend energy drinks.
I had two redbulls a day 🤣 You can have up to 300mg of caffeine a day!!! Have the cups of tea and coffee and the redbull! Xxx
No. I take vitamins, and B complex is helping me a lot. You can take them if you want, it's a healthier option.
No but I don't really like them 😅 I do drink tea and coffee though. Just be a little careful with having too much caffeine as it can affect your LO and keep them awake!
