Night sweats.

I’m dying over here. I wake up hair is wet, sports bra wet, heck arms are wet too. I can’t find anything to be done for it. So who has any tricks? Like this is adding to the just natural post baby BO, and I feel like I need to change my sheets every morning. Help 12 days postpartum for reference

this is probably my second night without waking up feeling like i somewhat went swimming.. only thing different i did was make my bed a big cooler

Omg same ! Here for the answers

Same. I have found some pajamas I wear make it much worse but overall do not know how to make it go away! Here for answers too!

@Jessie I literally sleep undies and bra right now. And I’m like dying by 3am

Right there with you! I find sticking my feet out of the comforter, sleeping mostly naked, and placing a large bath towel on my side of the bed has all helped a lot.

Just happens for awhile bc your hormones are all out of wack, especially if breastfeeding. Happened for months after my first born, and terrible BO too! 🫣

Yeah, same. It's so weird 😕

Samee I’ve been sleeping in just a bra and underwear because even a shirt has me sweating

I started putting puppy potty training pads/chucks on my bed so I don’t have to change sheets everyday. I ended up changing my pjs in the middle of the night between feeds. It lasted for the first 2 weeks, but has improved- knock on wood. Some people experience it for the duration of breastfeeding🥴
