Help ! TMI picture .

I had a chemical Pregnancy last month this month I tested positive again at 11 dpo . I just tested again at 12 dpo and it is still a faint positive but I been having spotting and some cramping since yesterday .would the spotting my implantation or am I have another chemical pregnancy ? Please help . I have attached pictures of my test and spotting . Sorry for the TMI picture I need help fingering this out .
