Positive then negative

So I tested positive on the 31st of dec. a few days later I started bleeding like a light period . My drs office said bleeding was normal early pregnancy so I didn’t worry too much. But I just took a test and now it looks negative. I’m not sure what happened

Yes I’d agree with Julia. Unfortunately sounds like a chemical pregnancy. It’s a very early miscarriage. I’m sorry

@Julia should I go to ER to get checked out or just call my OB office ???

@Samantha to be honest I'd go get bloods checked in the er just to rule out ectopic pregnancy as that mimicks misscarrige signs , explain you had positive tests that are now negative and you had bleeding they should let you in ,as those tests looked pretty dark x

@Samantha Either go ER or see if your OB office can offer you blood tests to see what they say and maybe offer you a scan x

I’d agreee and say chemical , I’d get bloods checked

I had heavy bleeding in early pregnancy and went straight to a&e where they run blood tests and found out I had had a chemical. There isn't anything they can do. I wasn't offered a scan or anything just bloods

I went to the hospital the dr said it’s a miscarriage 😔

Bless you, I had the same timeline with you as my chemical, positive on the 31st and it was a chemical. I was trying for my very first at 36. Hoping someday I'll be blessed with a baby.

Could’ve been a chemical… have you tested with a frer? These easy at homes haven’t been great lately.. did you test with one of these on the 31st as well to compare?
