Mucus plug - experience please!
Hey! I know you can lose this weeks before Labour totally get that! But I am just wondering if anyone has lost theirs continuously throughout a 24 hr period, since 8pm last night and every few hours today (last bit was 7.30pm tonight so far) and whether they did go into labor or not? (38+4) second time pregnancy. With my first I lost a bit but not much only once at like 37 weeks and then never again until birth at 41weeks but this time seems a lot more of it coming away so am wondering!! I know we’re all diff but looking to hear from anyone else similar? Xx

I’m currently on day 2 of losing bits of my mucus plug
I lost some of my mucus plug at around 35 weeks and then just before turning 37 weeks started to have the "bloody show" for a few mornings. Went in for reduced movements at 37 +1 and was 3cm dilated. I had told the midwife and Dr about the bloody show at my 36 week appointment but they has both said doesn't always mean labour is imminent.

I started losing my mucus plug at 39weeks and I lost it slowly for a few days. Then at 40 weeks I lost it again, a full bloody show. My daughter was 10 days late and arrived 17 days after I first lost my plug x
