I'm in the exact same boat. I'm really hoping the hunger-nausea cycle will end in a few weeks when I hit the second trimester.
Yes can't to get into the second trimester so I can gather some energy to keep fit too! RN just feeling like I spend most of my time lying down all day cause of the nausea and eating. Not healthy eating either!!!
I find chewing gum or sucking a sweet helps... or water but not always. I'm trying out some wrist bands to see if they help xxx
I have no solution unfortunately but I feel your pain. So much weight already 🙁
