Pregnancy Notes
Do we get to keep our pregnancy notes/booklet, including all the discharge letters and notes from appointments? I’d love to create a keepsake folder of our journey. Or does the hospital take it back after giving birth?

I didn't even think of that. I'm definitely going to photocopy them all just in case.
They take them after birth so make a copy beforehand if you want to keep it.
