I go in the morning while my husband and son are still sleeping. It's super nice to start the day with some peace and music before the hustle and bustle begins.
I go to the YMCA I love their childcare and they have a sliding scale rate based on income!
Hi! I feel you 😅. One thing I've really had to change is my mindset around what a workout "looks" like. Post-kids, I've noticed they're shorter, more broken up, and sometimes I don't get to everything and that's OK! Something is better than nothing. I workout with/ around my kids as I've just found at home workouts easier during this phase of life. I go 5 times a week.. it comes down to planning and discipline/motivation
I go 4 days a week but only because I’m a group fitness instructor but before that I would go to group fitness classes and use their child care.

Prior to moving I was going to the gym 5-6X a week. I looked at it as I had to go to “work”. I miss my gym soooo much. Haven’t found anything comparable to where I went in the new state
Having a treadmill at home is the only option that works for me. There is no way I’d have time to get to the gym between a full-time, demanding job and two young kids. I’m a night owl so I stay up late to exercise after the kids are in bed.
I used to do kickboxing 3x and weight training 1x per week. Since having a baby I only KB 2-3 a week. I work full time and can workout when I take the baby to a sitter for the day; goes to the sitter so that I can have meetings w/o interruption. Definitely would like to workout more often but gym hours don’t allow it. Considering a walking pad
Yes ma’am. I go Monday-Saturday after I get the kids fed breakfast. My gym has amazing childcare so I take them with me.
