Try putting her bed next to yours, or in the same room. Helped me a ton with my 8 year old who is in her own room now
@Eden yes we did this as well worked amazing I suggest it to everyone as well as white noise
I still use shirts that smell like me too. like when he was a baby baby still works when he's upset
I have no idea how to help but I feel your pain as my 3.5 yr old doesn’t sleep through the night
Having the same issue with our son. He will go to sleep in his bed but wakes up 2 hours later every single night and will NOT stop crying until I put him in bed with us. We’ve tried to let him cry it out and it doesn’t work. He has a floor bed but we can’t put it in our room because I work from home and he’s usually in bed before I end my shift at night.
Have you tried a floor bed next to your side? It took awhile to get him to want to be in it and will still sleep with me when he's not feeling good but it's nice to have some space. My son is 19 months I set up a big play pen on my side with his mattress on the ground, a bump to keep him from rolling out and space for me to lay on the floor next to him when he first goes down. My tip for this is to make her bed as comfy and inviting as possible and your not so much. I would put his favorite blanket and pillow in his bed and as bad as it sounds I would make him uncomfortable in my bed on purpose just a little nudge in the right direction lol he's still in the room and I can reach down and comfort him or he can stand up and get to me but I got a little leg room back
