@Francheska I’m honestly not too sure
Babies circadian rhythm don’t really develop till they are around 4 months old and till then there can be day and night confusion. Things that can help - consistent wake up time in the morning - exposure to natural light, ideally get out for a walk by midday - capping day sleep at 2 hours at a time
My girl nearly 4 months old is hitting the sleep regression. She gave herself a routine since I am up and running after her brother (drop off and pick ups from school) I find my girl prefers a darker room also for naps. She just had a meltdown because I was cuddling her to sleep and after 20 min she decided she had enough. Currently sitting in the dark in her nursery (my husband sleeping as works night) so couldn't use the next to me and nap next to her. Her night sleep got so bad I am lucky if I get an hour at time. Hang in there. It will get better
Irrelevant but what app is this 😊🙏🏾
3 naps a day (last one no longer than an hour and no later than 5:30pm) Bedtime routine and consistent wake up time. Keep dark and calm at night/ lights daytime. No nappy changes at night as this is what wakes them up and it’s hard to put them back down to sleep. Overall, routine routine… you’ve got this! 🥰
Are you going through the sleep regression at all?
