Good nappy cream
My little girl is sensitive BEYOND belief I’ve been using canestan anti fungal cream for her rash for 2 weeks & and that was cleared it up now it’s seems to be coming back any ideas on what to use :( it’s like a spotty rash looks a bit like heat rash but on her bits very odd x

I just use coconut oil & if I see a rash coming I spray colloidal silver .. there’s also some on health food stores that are gentle on the skin
Weleda nappy cream has always worked for us
Idk if you breastfeed but if you do I would try breast milk mixed with petroleum jelly/ coconut oil
