Blood when wiping

I’m 38+6 today and I’ve just gone for a wee and had some blood when wiping. I’ve not lost my mucus plug and waters haven’t broken yet but I don’t know whether to ring triage or not😭 It’s sort of a pinky red blood and there’s not loads but I’m a FTM so i’m still worried 😅 help 😭
