Introducing egg

So I gave my 8 month old egg today for the first time. It was pureed as this is the stage we’re still at. It was only a taster but within seconds, my boy went bright red in the face and tensed up like he was having a bad poop lol 😂 like it came and went within seconds. he did it twice. It’s now an hour later 🤞🤞 was it a normal response to a strong taste or should I be worried? He seems absolutely fine in himself. Had some yoghurt afterwards too. FTM here just looking for advice 🤪
