Has anyone Miscarried and got pregnant right after without a period?
Had my 4th miscarriage on November 20 2024 and just found out I'm pregnant. Have not had a period since the miscarriage. Has anyone went on to conceive and had a successful pregnancy right after a miscarriage without 1st having another period?

I’m hoping this happens to me! I had a miscarriage at the end of January and healed really fast and have been tracking my ovulation and trying again! My OB gave me the go ahead to try again a week afterwards, so I think you don’t have to worry! I’ve also heard women are slightly more fertile for about 3 months after miscarriage

I have, I had 2 miscarriages back to back. My last was October 22 and I fell pregnant Nov 22 and now my daughter is 16 months. When I explained I hadn’t had a period, they said my MC went straight into a period after, that’s why I didn’t think I had one. Wishing u all the best 🩷
