Buying a manual breast pump

I’m hoping to breastfeed and if latching doesn’t work to pump once baby arrives, and I’ve bought a Haakaa already for cheap for let down just in case. However when doing my online shop today I had a look at baby bits and nappies etc and noticed a tommee tippee manual pump on sale for £20, is it worth buying one? I would go on to buy an electric pump if I would find it useful anyway once baby is here, but I’m just thinking if for any reason I needed or wanted to try pumping before that would it be worth having a cheap pump in? Obviously I know it’s best to establish milk supply first and would plan to exclusively BF for the first few months but I have also known and heard of women who have had to pump for various reasons, and I’m high risk so there is a chance baby could come early for and need to stay in, in which case I could need to pump
