I'm doing more core building exercises rather than exercise
Proper planks help most (keeping your belly button pulled in towards the spine, flexing your abs)... sit ups and crunches can actually cause more damage if you had any separation of your abdominal muscles. Avoid doing core workouts on your back until it's strengthened and healed. (Don't forget to eat a healthy, low calorie diet, unless you are working out regularly)
I found this app called "Seven." It’s awesome!! It has 7-minute workouts! With my baby permanently attached to me like a koala…I can actually sneak in a couple of workouts between diaper changes and tummy time ☺️

Pilates helps to tone but lots of walking has helped me lose most of my weight. I’m trying to cut sugar out of my diet now because I think that will help with the last few pounds
https://youtu.be/-YXUXQJIG4A?si=hIMOX3lcaFdVT9Yb Honestly, it's all about diet . Rather than exercise. Long story short I tend to avoid abs exercises and train my core indirectly through compound movements (squats for example) . Try eating a large breakfast, medium lunch and a small dinner . NO SNACKS . Simple .
Exercise itself doesn't help you lose weight, and you can't choose which farts of your body you lose weight on. Exercise paired with a calorie deficit works well. As long as you're not in a ridiculously small deficit, 1200 calories is far too low. however, exercise is AMAZING for your mental wellbeing, try some youtube dance workouts. 20 minutes every couple of days.
