Baby measuring a whole week ahead and head down?

Hi ladies, Had a private scan today just to see her in 4D, but they measured her and she’s a whole week ahead of due date, and head down! From my understanding, I was only 29w6d, but she’s measuring 30w6d! Anyone had anything similar? Thank you! (Pic for attention of post)

I’m in a very similar situation. My partner and I went for a private scan and they explained baby was measuring two weeks ahead (I was 28w2d but baby was measuring 30w4d) - I spoke to my midwife and now have an appointment with my hospital to do a routine diabetes test (common when baby is measuring big) and a consultation and potential further ultrasound to decide if I may need to be induced early! I wouldn’t be worried, probably just a large baby but best to tell your midwife and they can best advise you from there! 💗

I had the same at my 4D scan the other week, I’m measuring to be 1w 3d ahead of my due date. I showed my midwife and she said it’s nothing to worry about. Not sure if it means I’m in for a big baby or he might come early 😵‍💫

I had a growth scan at 29 weeks and baby was measuring on the higher percentile , they tend not to say ‘weeks’ and he was also head down, midwife said nothing to worry about as will still be turning and moving around x

I would try not to worry too much, my first was measuring in the 90th percentile and when he was born he was in the 30th percentile weighting 6pound 11 ounces. Scans are not always accurate. With my second I’m the complete opposite they are saying this baby is in the 16th percentile.

At my 4D scan at 29 weeks 3ish days she was head down and at my rescan a week later she’d actually flipped! They move round a lot till about 36 weeks

I had an ultrasound at 30w and 3 days and my son measured 35 weeks lol he measured like that at every ultrasound and i was induced at 37 weeks because of preeclampsia and he was a 7lb 11oz so i think it may just mean they come a week early!

Also ultrasound measurements are usually not accurate they said he was 7lbs 8oz a month before i was induced lol
