How to stop bf?

I'm not ready to stop just yet but my eldest weaned onto bottles from boob but this baby doesn't like a bottle so I'm not sure what to do to wean him off me! He only feeds for sleep at bedtime and through the night. For naps he is pushed in a pram and he won't let hubby put him down at bedtime so far. Any tips appreciated!
