Toddler? I’m assuming they’re in pull-ups? I change my boy standing up lol. The pull ups I use rips perfectly on the sides so I’ll remove them then ask him to open his legs while standing. Then wipe his booty with the pull up and clean the rest withe wipes, close the pull up and trash. Get a fresh one and open the sides to put it on him so I don’t have to take his pants off. If they’re still in diapers you can do the same process too.

Yeah, she just started walking but not in pull-ups yet. I was wondering because I walked into the bathroom and there was no space to change her. She doesn't have enough balance yet for a standing change, especially a poopy one, but fortunately my husband was around to change her. I was just thinking that if it was me, I'd walk into the men's room, idgaf. 😆

I voted to see the results but I totally change it in the car. I fli down the back seat so it's flat and I make sure my toddler is comfy. I hate public washrooms lol

I’ve done backseat changes (baby) and standing changes (older baby/toddler) with the door of my car open to block the view 🙆‍♀️ sometimes you do what you gotta do while on the go

@Melissa I definitely understand lol, this is my go to when we’re at the park or like you said somewhere where they don’t have a table unfortunately 😭 When he was just learning to walk and I had to do this, I would just have him lean against my chest/shoulders and he would hold on for dear life because he’s a baby and a little punk lol. So it was a win win for those circumstances 😆

I've had to use the floor before. But I always had a disposable mat with me. I also don't drive so no car for option.

Probably the car cause men’s toilets always smell so strongly of ammonia and I hate that smell 🤢 If the men’s was not smelly, then I might use the changing stall there but I don’t find it hard changing her in the car so it’s prob my preference even over a ladies public toilet tbh

Tbh I’d either have a travel mat or lay as many tissues on the floor in the women’s bathroom and change her as quick a possilble. Then I’d change her clothes in the car too. If the bathroom is super duper dirty then in the car.

i hate using public changing rooms, find them really dirty so i just change baby in the boot of the car or in the back seat if it’s too cold/raining most times😂

I change in the car anyway regardless of what type of bathroom situation is available. Much more sanitary.

We always change bum in the boot if we can rather than dirty change tables

In the car or a child that stands we stand up in the toilet and change their bottom.

I always use diaper cream and/or Vaseline on my toddler's bum to keep his skin protected, so I'd have no problem waiting it out for 20 minutes until we reach the destination

Manage in the car … always. Ppl use the changing stations to do drugs - either they snort coke lines off of it or use it to rest paraphernalia (I.e. needles) while they get high. Plus, men’s room is extra dangerous. Because men go in there, so you’re more likely to be assaulted. Women are already big targets, but moms WITH their smaller children are even bigger targets because they have more to lose and therefore more willing to give into demands.
