Low progesterone and pregnant

Any advice welcome - I’m currently 4+2 after TTC for 15 months. In the lead up to being pregnant I found out I had low progesterone. Was 25nmol when you need a minimum of 30nmol. I’m really concerned I’ll miscarry if it doesn’t go high enough. Anyone suffered from the same? I don’t think NHS will give me progesterone supplements unless I have miscarried as a result in the past. But it feels horrible and unfair just waiting to see if it fails. I have a really strong line regression considering when I ovulated and have been really rather rough so things are definitely developing 😅

Apparently taking vitamin C, magnesium, vitamin B and Zinc supplements can naturally help increasing progesterone so that’s what I’ve been taking for the last couple months 🙂

@Ellie thank you! I’m taking additional B6 and omega 3 on top of a pregnacare supplement. I may up my vitamin c as I do have it here already.

A good amount of sleep is also supposed to be great for progesterone so I guess try and get some early nights in too! Your tests look fab so hopefully everything will be ok ❤️

@Chloe thank you! I’m keeping everything crossed
